Auto-Recycling
Auto-recycling is a convenient, time-saving feature that we offer that allows our subscription customers to continue downloading, even when they use all of their allotted bandwidth. It's most easily explained with an example. If a customer has a 20 GB/month account and has Auto-Recycling enabled, then they'll get another 20 GB of bandwidth automatically when they use their original 20 GB. This is more convenient than waiting for your regular monthly billing date for your account to cycle. When you recycle we'll conveniently charge your credit card for you and set your next billing date to be a month from the current date.
It's important to understand that auto-recycling is not the same as your monthly bill. All of our subscription accounts will renew automatically at the anniversary date of your payment, whether or not you have Auto-Recycling enabled. Turning off Auto-Recycling will not prevent you from being billed your regular monthly payment.
Due to flexibility limitations associated with Worldpay subscriptions, our Worldpay customers aren't able to use Auto-Recycling. Also, block accounts don't take advantage of auto-recycling. For block customers, you'll just need to purchase a new block.
