NoCeM

Also known as: no see em

A system of PGP-signed notices, pronounced no see em, listing message-IDs that an issuer considers spam or abuse. Readers and servers choose which issuers to trust and hide the listed articles locally. Unlike cancel messages, which anyone can forge and which destroy articles for everyone, NoCeM is advisory and cryptographically attributable. Support exists in INN and a few newsreaders, but use today is limited.
